This mounting plate is used to install a table on the pontoon boat, and it had been bothering me for some time. Finally, I decided to do something about it using a wire wheel attached do a Milwaukee drill driver, Dremel 8820 rotary tool, and some spray paint. After I recorded this video I picked up a bench grinder w/ a 6" wire wheel. I plan to review that product in a separate video, and refurbish the other mounting plate.
