Froakie evolves into Frogadier at Lv. 16.
Frogadier evolves into Greninja at Lv. 36.
You know, the typical starter evolution levels.
Regular Froakie has an aqua-blue skin.
Shiny Froakie is an odd case where the skin is a really light blue, lighter than cyan. You could have one and never used it and never knew you had it.
Regular Frogadier keeps the aqua-blue skin, but with dark blue hands and toes.
Shiny Froagier is more noticeable that Froakie, but not by much. It retains the light blue color of Shiny Froakie, but the dark blue parts become especially dark; almost black, but not quite.
Regular Greninja has a pink tongue scarf, blue skin, white spots and a white body, with light blue stars on it's legs and light blue on it's head.
Shiny Greninja is one of the most sought-after shinies this Gen, not only because of looks but also because of the usefulness of the Pokemon itself.
Shiny Greninja is nearly solid black, with the exception of some white spots and the cyan stars & head area. Oh, and it's tongue scarf is a delectable red now, as are the eyes.
It's an absolutely wonderful shiny.

Yeah, I named her Tsubaki after the Soul Eater character, primarily because of the stars + ability to change into multiple weapons.
