There are a lot more things touched up in this new version than just the obviously licensed stuff. This video shows everything that I was able to find. It is not guaranteed to be complete but I was thorough to find stuff.
Some very intersting ones at the end that go beyond just 2D work!
Shenmue I & II is running on Xbox One X, the original is running on nullDC with widescreen (because the HUD doesn't get streched there and it was easier for me to get around the game and unlock the items)
