This is a video of how I sharpen plane blades and chisels using a Veritas Honing Guide. I sharpen the blades at a 25 degree primary angle and then put a secondary, or micro bevel on the very end of the blade. I use 400 grit sandpaper on any flat surface. I find this to be a quick and easy way to keep my blades sharp.
