In this video, I share with you some of my personal manuscripts and W.I.P's opening lines.
Disclaimer- not all of the books I have written are finished. To clarify, the books I have written are all still in various stages of drafting, and put on my "backburner shelf". As embarrassing as this was for me to read and share them with you, I hope that you will try your hand at storytelling, starting with a good opening line. Now, here's my disclaimer...As pertaining to my manuscripts, and W.I.P's opening lines...Not all are great, some are good, some aren't that bad. But, you can decide for yourself. The best opening lines, pose a question, or raise intrigue, and make you, the reader, want to continue reading. I am not sure if I accomplished these things with all of my opening lines, but I would like to think that I did just that, with some of them. I hope you liked this video. only you can decide what is a good interesting opening line. After all, you are the ones to read them and decide whether or not to proceed.
