Someone asked for a video against Chromatic Lampmaster without using Exposing Attack, so here it is. Though there are ways to add Defenceless with Maelle and Monoco, I thought of coming up with a build that did not require it at all.

but decided to change the final attack to Gustavs Homage and added some more Lumina to Sciel to get some extra damage. This is on New Game/first playthrough. Hope this helps :)

*BATTLE STRATEGY:*
Set your turn order to Verso, Maelle and Sciel. To do so, remove everyone from your party except Verso. Then add Maelle followed by Sciel. For same results, make sure you have the exact same Pictos and Lumina as in the video and nothing else equipped. Be sure to be at full HP at the start of the battle.
Turn 1 Verso: Shoot until no AP is left. Then do a Base Attack. The goal is to increase burns and max the Gradient Bar.
Turn 2: Verso: Repeat the same as previous turn.
Turn 1 Maelle: Use Burning Canvas to take away Life #.1 This will also max the Gradient Bar.
Turn 2 Maelle: She will consume the Gradient Bar on this turn. Use Gustaves Homage to take away Life#2. This should also switch Maelle to Virtuose Stance.
Turn 1 Sciel: Use Our Sacrifice to proc Shortcut on Verso and Maelle, allowing them to go again before the Chromatic Lampmaster.
Turn 2 Sciel: Cast Intervention on Maelle.
Turn 3 & 4 Verso: Shoot until no AP is left. Then do a Base Attack. The goal is to increase burns and max the Gradient Bar.
Turn 3 Maelle: Use Burning Canvas to finish off Life #3.
Turn 4 Maelle: Consume the Gradient Bar and use Gustaves Homage to take away Life #4.
Turn 5 Maelle: Finally, use Gustaves Homage one last time to finally burn the Chromatic Lampmasters final lamp by ending its Life #5.

UPDATE: Inverted Affinity + Tainted is not needed with Draining Cleanse. I thought it increased the damage, but I was mistaken as it was Stay Marked that was increasing the damage.
This is on Actual NG+3 on Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. No HP Multiplier was used. Enemies get more HP and stats on every NG+ till NG+5.

In this video Ill show you how to defeat the Chromatic Lampmaster without it getting a single turn! Yes, no turns, no stuns, no parries and no dodges! All its going to do is die, revive and die until it runs out of lives. Oh, and this is on NG+3. Which means, this can be done on your previous playthroughs as well.

Update: On every NG+, enemy stats also increase, which means that the turn order will be different if speed if not adjusted. Therefore, Ive changed the thumbnail and title of this video. My next ones will be on actual NG+1 runs. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Heres the Chromatic Lampmaster on with x5 HP multiplier to replicate NG+5 HP with Verso solo. This will be a step by step guide and Ill break the battle as I go through it. I do have a bad throat when I was recording this video, so apologies if I sound a little off or mispronounced anything. Like I did at 7:03, I meant TWO TURNS. I said LIVES lol. My cold got to my head 😂
Furthermore, all bosses get increased stats with each NG+ so youll need to increase your speed to get a turn order that works for you. Apologies for not mentioning this in the video. That said, this strategy can be used for NG +1 and maybe +2. If youre doing more damage, try to nerf Verso by removing some of his attack increasing Pictos. Ill be posting actual NG+1 strategies now.
Here are the Pictos + Lumina I used:

If youve struggled with dodging or parrying Simon, the Divergent Stars initial onslaught of attacks, then this video will show you how to stand your ground like a boss and only evade his last attack. This is done on New Game/First Playthrough.
For this to work, Simon must open the battle with his single sword attack. If you see the green sword, restart the battle. Once you see the white sword only, relax and watch how your characters will take all of his attacks and survive. For his final attack, you will need to parry or dodge, otherwise you will be Gommaged out of the canvas.
The battle from thereon in is simple. Follow the moves, use the skills and youll win this nice and easy!

UPDATE: I used Auto Death + Survivor in a previous fight to get to 1HP. Then removed them.
Heres the Duollistes on an actual New Game +1. I realized that the Enemy HP Multiplier only increases the enemys HP, whereas on every NG+, enemy stats increase as well, such as speed. No I did some grinding, and now Ill post actual NG+1 strategies that will surely work. No commentary for this one. If you have questions, Ill be happy to answer in the comments section.
I didnt use Auto Powerful nor Roulette or anything like making sure enemy stays Marked. Used minimum lumina so you guys can start farming the Duollistes on NG+1. You can equip Lumina for more AP, shooting, AP Discount, whatever you like. For Versos second last, you can use Steeled Strike instead of 2x Phantom Stars to deal more damage. You can also equip Roulette on Verso and Maelle.
