UPDATE: I used Auto Death + Survivor in a previous fight to get to 1HP. Then removed them.

Here's the Duollistes on an actual New Game +1. I realized that the Enemy HP Multiplier only increases the enemy's HP, whereas on every NG+, enemy stats increase as well, such as speed. No I did some grinding, and now I'll post actual NG+1 strategies that will surely work. No commentary for this one. If you have questions, I'll be happy to answer in the comments section.
I didn't use Auto Powerful nor Roulette or anything like "making sure enemy stays Marked." Used minimum lumina so you guys can start farming the Duollistes on NG+1. You can equip Lumina for more AP, shooting, AP Discount, whatever you like. For Verso's second last, you can use Steeled Strike instead of 2x Phantom Stars to deal more damage. You can also equip Roulette on Verso and Maelle.
