Everyday, I am judged.
Or rather parts of me are judge. This is something we all experience and unfortunately, do to others. We do it out of fear, envy or anger.

Here I share an experience that took many years to work through. It wasn't until I did this spread with you live, that I knew I had truly recovered from something that overshadowed my joy for a long time.

I believe the more mindful we are of ourselves, the more mindful we can be of others.
