Shadow has defeated Black Doom and has collected all of the Chaos Emeralds. Black Doom tells Shadow that the Black Arms will rise again. Shadow goes on saying that he's the ultimate life form, born to rule all. And with the Chaos Emeralds, he will conquer the universe. Shadow then breaks into laughter.
