By changing just a single byte address in the memory I can get all the items.
Note: I've used this method since 2009, so it's not a big discovery or anything... just thought I'd show how simple it is.
You will see that in the NTSC (US) version the devs made a mistake with the weapon icons. When you have the Sword of the Sun it shows the 'Queen's Sword' icon and when you have the Queen's sword it shows the 'Sword of the Sun' icon. This was fixed in the PS2 PAL version and as such, in the PS3 version.
