Do you think this cop treats women differently than men?

I did a public records request at the Wayland, MA police department while filming the entire time.

Massachusetts's law requires the assigned Public Records Access Officer to take verbal requests if asked. Chief Swanick is the Public Records Access Officer for Wayland PD.

You may remember him as Chief "Creepy" from Granite State Transparency's visit to town hall here.

Under Massachusetts's General Law 1.7.41.98D, officers are required to show their Police Identification Card when lawfully requested for purposes of identification. While the intent of this law is good, it holds no teeth as there is no o penalty for refusal to show the ID.
