Decided to audit the Pueblo County Sheriff's substation at 320 E Joe Martinez Blvd. in Pueblo West, CO.

**UPDATE**
F.A.S.T.'s records request was denied because the incident is still under investigation. Now if that means the officers involved are under investigation or I am, I have no clue.
