A passenger ferry carrying nearly 270 people capsized while traveling from northern Cyprus to Turkey on Sunday, leaving 8 killed, at least 18 remain missing. All the rest onboard have been saved. CGTN Europe's correspondent Evangelo Sipsas reports from Kyrenia, Cyprus following the ferry capsizing, where seven people were now arrested and charged with negligence and carelessness.
