NOTE: Though it's clearly stated in my video by me that the opinions given by Gioia Morrison in this video, and those given by her and other people in my documentary, "Corey's Story," are not necessarily my own opinions, and that my intent with these videos is to remain objective and allow the viewer to come to their own conclusions, some people in the comments haven't grasped that notion. So, again: Gioia's views in this interview do NOT speak for my own views on the matters discussed. Thank you.
Corrections: Gioia wrote to me to clarify it was Sandy, not her, that mentioned he hoped Corey would get his butt kicked, so to speak, in their exchange. She also explained that Todd Bridge's did not physically assault her on the plane, but it was more an issue of inappropriate behavior. And she mentions that "zia" is Italian for aunt, when discussing Madame Gioia, the famous artist who she was named after.
Gioia Morrison says she was adopted but is the natural progeny of The Doors iconic lead singer, Jim Morrison. She says she has been in the entertainment world since she was born, started acting at age 8-years-old, and went to school with actor Scott Schwartz of "A Christmas Story" (1983). She also claims she was close friends with actor Corey Haim and his frequent co-star Corey Feldman. In this video, Matthew Hawes of "The Happy Show!" discusses his communications with Gioia via messages, and interviews her by phone, to get her story and perspective on the controversies surround both Feldman and Schwartz. Do you believe her stories? Please discuss in the comments to this video. Thank you and enjoy this full-length episode of "Setting the Record Straight."
