Here’s Part 2 of my series on Set Surveys. Because I said that film grain is not an issue in Part 1, I’m going to go into retiming and denoising the footage in Da Vinci Resolve (and why you probably should NOT bother with noise removal). Then I’ll be walking through my step-by step process of how I set up ALL my set surveys. This is the boring and non-glamorous stuff before we can get into the real excitement I'll be covering in Part 3.
