In this video, we’ll demonstrate how to use the Sailrite® HandyPress® with self-piercing grommet dies from DOT® for the M380E Bench Mount and M200 Electric Foot Press. Set the desired compression on the HandyPress by raising or lowering the upper shaft. Once it is set to your preference, no further adjustments are required. Use the HandyPress, combined with these dies, to consistently punch a hole and set the self-piercing grommet in your fabric assembly with a simple and easy pull of the hand lever. We call that process the "Sweet Spot" compression, similar to how a set of Vise-Grips™ work.
