From 1969, Bob's (Bob McGrath) first time presenting the iconic game, "One of These Things", written by Joe Raposo, Jon Stone, and Bruce Hart (starts at 0:53). Susan (Loretta Long) introduced the game in the first episode (linked below) and it was a real treat to see them together in a brief homage as part of the 50th Anniversary special in 2019 (linked to the clip via the full special below). Little did we know then, but it would be Bob's last time performing the song (as far as I know, corrections are welcome).
My only editorial comment is, man, does this thing go on and on! One of the longest I recall. But, hey, the more of Bob's dulcet tones the better, right, kids? We're gonna miss that man.
Before the song, I've included the Speech Balloon cartoon (O for Open) and Alphabet Bates making the letter O in the sky. Just makes Bob's opening a bit smoother. As usual, special thanks to my Secret Sesame Santa.
