Next up on Sesame Snaps we were joined by The Lucky 13s Band who told us all about the work they've been doing in celebration of Cat Stevens, band reunions and signing their first record deal.
Whilst at the Quarterhouse, they recorded a series of Cat Stevens tributes as part of a larger project, where their recordings will be in the company of Paul McCartney, Dave Matthews Band and more.
Jamie Johnson and the Lucky 13s are a seven piece soul band fronted by vocalist Jamie Johnson; the band have drawn influences from blues, funk, gospel and rock. Jamie Johnson and Dudley Ross joined forces in June 2019, with one goal in mind; to create and perform original music that was swamped in soul.
