Mini Miró's with Emily Martin
To help prep your work for The Plinth and spark some inspiration, Creative Folkestone will be running the Family Workshop series.
Next in line is Emily Martin, teaching you how to make your very own mini Mirós! Build a miniature sculpture inspired by the surrealist artist Miró. Beginning with some automatic drawing, we'll create our own surreal symbols to develop into your own unique sculpture using a range of materials from wire to corrugated cardboard!
Elevate your at-home creativity from living room floor to prime position on The Plinth.
For each workshop there are 50 free material packs available, one per family on a first come first served basis. Please pick up your pack between Thursday and Friday, from 9am-5pm from the Glassworks, prior to the Saturday workshop.
