Because Green Day and Mötley Crüe both have performance rights to their music licensed for YouTube by SESAC (Society of European Stage Authors and Composers), and because these videos have copyright claims partially blocking the video, my American Idiot video and my WWW on Mötley Crüe were both blocked in the U.S. until the claims either expired or dropped in the case of the American Idiot video, or until this business gets dealt with (which thankfully ended up happening). Apologies if this video is kinda scattershot, such is the nature of unscripted rants even when they’re dressed up.
