Now for the French countryside level and you lose most of your weapons (thankfully you keep your gadgets). I heard somewhere that this level is as big as Skyrim, and I can believe that. The area you are allowed to explore is absolutely massive, but the real question is: should you do that? No, because wast majority is empty space. I did venture to a direction early on and it lead to nowhere (That should explain the weird jumpcut at 19:32). On other hand this level wastes no time throwing a lot of enemies at you right off the bat, when you barely have anything better than a coachgun. I completely missed the assault rifle in this level giving me unnecessarily hard time. You use a motorcycle to get around, but it has no other practical use.
You get to use a combine harvester to make minced meat out of bad guys, but your ranged options become quite limited while you're using it. Luckily you can get out and go in whenever you want. You can also get a hacked drone gadget at the end of the level. Hacked drones can shoot enemies for you for a limited amount of time. Very useful agains a big horde of Kamikazes.
Harpies are back and behave similarly to their Serious Sam 3 counterparts.
