I had one 14.94 where I pressed space on the intermission too many times and went to the next map. Fortunately, with this way of doing the jump, I'm more comfortable doing again. It's not consistent, and the ending still sucks, but getting another 14 that was a bit cleaner didn't take long.
Instant AVJ is the main reason I did NM, the only thing that makes NM a bit more random is the imps can sometimes damage you going up the platforms, but that's quite rare, so this is overall much nicer than Pacifist.
