In honor of National Disability Employment Awareness Month, we’re celebrating the strength, talent, and resilience of our incredible Sephora employees with disabilities. 🦾🧏🏾‍♀️👩🏼‍🦽✨

As part of our DE&I Heart Journey strategy, Sephora is committed to hiring people with disabilities. In 2017 we launched our All Abilities Hiring initiative, which has led to 278 people with disabilities being hired at our Distribution Centers across the US.
