The LEAP (Learn. Engage. Aspire. Path) trainees celebrated their graduation after completing the ten-month immersive rotational program! During their cross-functional rotations, spending twelve weeks developing on-the-job experience and learning from experts in each of Merchandising, Marketing and Supply Chain, LEAP trainees gained valuable skills to prepare them for permanent roles that they began this month.
