Hellblade 2 is graphically stunning, one of the most breathtaking games you will ever see with strong audio work backing up those immaculate visuals. However, despite this beauty, it feels very empty and hollow from a gameplay perspective. Lots of slow walking is occasionally alleviated with puzzles and combat that are far easier and less engaging than what we got in Senua's Sacrifice. It leaves the story as a tie-breaker to either lift this game or tear it down, and for me, it didn't work.
