Target: Calf muscles (gastrocnemius and soleus), ankle stability, functional lower-limb strength
Duration: About 1–2 minutes per set, with options for reps and progression
Cues: Stand tall, rise onto toes, lower with control, maintain knee alignment, engage core
Precautions: Avoid ankle roll, pain beyond mild discomfort, or knee pain; adjust range and height as needed
💡 Tips: Use a sturdy surface, watch foot position, and breathe out as you rise
