I cannot believe some of the things I see in listing photos. Window treatments hanging crooked, falling off the rod, or just completely ignored. It takes minutes to fix, but it makes the entire space feel sloppy.
And paint colors… if you have a bold or funky wall color, paint it out. Neutralizing a space helps buyers actually see themselves living there, instead of getting distracted by your personal style.
These are small details, but they make a huge difference in how your home is perceived.
