In this episode of my Self-Love September project, I'm exploring the issue of not having money to spend on products and services. I'll discuss the consumerist message put across by self-love resources and offer a list of ways that you can practice self-love with little-to-no spending.

Here's the list of suggested low-to-no money suggestions:
1. Organise and declutter (or don't)
2. More time outside
3. Reduce or change your relationship with social media
4. Journal
5. Meditation and visualisation
6. Improve your sleeping pattern
7. Move your body (or don't)
8. Address what you've been avoiding
9. Track your moods
10. Say no and say yes!
11. Take a nap
12. Put a little bit of money in savings
13. Make a collection of images to inspire/motivate
14. Drink more water
15. Get some joint accountability
16. Ask for help
17. Give yourself credit
18. Put something out into the world
