This one is about my experiences of cycle breaking, including some of my childhood stuff and some key techniques I used to help myself be more authentic and stop reading the same old family script.. I know we're all in different places and coming from vastly different perspectives, but I know many of us are cycle-breakers, and this video is a love letter to that instinct inside of us.
