Seihou is a lesser known series of shooting games that likes to make references to Touhou.
This is a clear of the Extra stage in the first game in the series, in which Marisa and Reimu of Touhou fame appear to try and kick the crap out of me. This stage is significantly more difficult than Extra stages in the Touhou games.
