I think this is as fast as this boss gets. Coming up with all these strats took a while, but it was fun. A human player might be able to save half a second or so at the end with a much more difficult phase 4 strat, but that still wouldn't be enough to get a 28. A TAS might barely be able to eke out a 28, but I'm not sure.
Distorted Travesty 3 is an extremely high quality and unbelievably expansive platformer action metroidvania game created by Zephyrburst. I'm currently doing a playthrough on Twitch at twitch.tv/kefitko
