My old capture card works with Windows 7! Expect to see some more gameplay videos in the near future. Anyway, I'm just testing a short ROM hack on my Sega Nomad using the Everdrive flash cart. The hack is called Sonic Mega Fusion, made by GenesisFan64.

Note: This is not an emulator. The hack is being played on real hardware.
