For the most part, our day-to-day experience is shaped by the assumption that we are the physical body. That’s our matrix state of consciousness. We rarely scrutinize this by looking at it directly.
We interact with others through this subtle assumption that we are this body—that “I AM” is located “in here,” and that the other is located “over there, in their body.” I am looking at him, and he is looking at me.
But what is ME?
Find out for yourself. Look directly at your experience of I AM until you see that it’s distinguishable from your body.
