Reports in Reddit and Discord about Ghouls having their perks randomly removed when the environmental radiation changes, e.g. you get some radiation from a barrel or you stop getting radiation.

One bug report suggest that removing the "radioactive specialist" perk stops the issue.

Update - It looks confirmed that "Radioctive Specialist" is the issue. Remove it if you have it equipped. I've updates the pinned comment and the title/thumbnail of the video to match.
