This reliance, exacerbated by geopolitical tensions, puts Europe's sovereignty at risk and undermines the EU’s core values. What are some of the proposals to ensure the EU works towards an EU digital strategy that strengthens the EU’s digital strategic autonomy? How is this relevant with the EU’s Digital Decade Policy Programme?
