This is an easter egg, which Aegiker noticed caused a crash to occur with the heart piece side quest shown in the video, so he added some flavor text. I also hope that in a future update he makes fairy's spawn from gossip stones like they do in MM because they currently don't do that right now, that way it's more accurate to its mechanics in MM and becomes actually useful for something. But nonetheless, it's a very cool addition to the mod!
