Find Molotovs
Open up bunker below living quarters and get SSD
Head to Turbine Bunker, Insert SSD and get the binary code
Go to Gulag Entrance in prison tunnel
Enter code 1=on 0=off
Inside Gulag you need to use the notes to either interact with or leave the panels in order from 1-7
Make sure to let the case fully open before picking up blueprint or you wont unlock it (will unlock for entire team)
