Seattle's Little Saigon neighborhood has been a human dumping ground for homeless drug addicts and is now the epicenter for the black market of stolen goods.
But Saturday afternoon, we saw the potential of this Asian American community when it's actually cleaned up. Of course this was in preparation for Mayor Bruce Harrell's visit to the street festival.
I asked Harrell how he plans to keep this neighborhood safe and clean.
Right after my interview with the Mayor, some unhinged drug addicts attacked me for recording. Just another routine day in the hood.
