NEW: Dozens of homeless drug addicts have taken over a plot of prime real estate in Chinatown-ID.
This strip sits right above the former Viet Wah grocery store location on Jackson St. that burned down last year.
Angry neighbors say it's been like this for more than a month. It's also being blamed for fueling the black market of stolen goods right across the street in Little Saigon.
