On our first adventure in coastal North Carolina, we're gonna be looking for snakes with a twists.... a hurricane is hitting while we look for snakes!
Join Cajun Boy (Zachary Gray) as we go on a late night snake adventure during a tropical depression, and see just what snakes are out during a hurricane! As always we hope y'all enjoy this video! :D
Snakes will often become active during hurricane weather, especially aquatic species, such as water snakes, garter snakes, crayfish/swamp snakes, and even farancia snakes. Hurricanes change the pressure, temperature, and humidity greatly, meaning many snakes have to either hunker down and hide, or move around to find new hunting grounds and hiding spots.
