San Diego, San Diego Convention Center, Booth #2743, July 23 2026

Factory Entertainment transformed Booth #2743 at San Diego Comic-Con 2026 into a journey through several decades of pop-culture history, bringing together science-fiction classics, 1970s and 1980s television nostalgia, detailed prop replicas, electronic vehicles and new action-figure projects. The 2026 convention was particularly significant for the California-based collectibles company, which celebrated its 15th anniversary as Star Trek marked its 60th anniversary. Unsurprisingly, the legendary science-fiction franchise occupied a central place in the presentation, but the booth also offered an impressive overview of Factory Entertainment's increasingly diverse catalogue, with Battlestar Galactica, Knight Rider, Airwolf, Miami Vice, Magnum, P.I., Jaws, The Mummy, Jurassic Park and other properties represented through products ranging from small-scale figures to ambitious vehicles and premium display pieces.

The most spectacular Star Trek attraction was a 1:18-scale recreation of the U.S.S. Enterprise bridge from Star Trek: The Original Series. Targeted for release in 2027, this large-scale project is being developed with lights, sounds and functioning screens designed to reproduce the atmosphere of television's most famous starship command center. Its 1:18 scale also corresponds closely to the traditional 3.75-inch action-figure format, giving the bridge the dimensions and visual impact of an elaborate collector playset. Factory Entertainment has not formally announced a complete Original Series figure crew for the bridge, however, making it important to distinguish the impressive possibilities suggested by the display from products actually confirmed for release.

Star Trek was equally prominent among Factory Entertainment's Convention Exclusive Premiere products. The Uhura Limited Edition Prop Replica recreates Lieutenant Nyota Uhura's instantly recognizable communications earpiece after a detailed examination of original props. Constructed with machined aluminum and a clear molded earpiece, the collectible is limited to 500 pieces worldwide and comes with a Starfleet-delta display stand and certificate of authenticity. Beyond being an instantly identifiable piece of Star Trek technology, the replica inevitably evokes the legacy of Nichelle Nichols, whose portrayal of Uhura became one of the defining elements of the original series. Other franchise collectibles included Eline's Necklace from the acclaimed Star Trek: The Next Generation episode “The Inner Light,” solid-metal Latinum Bars developed from 3D scans of original screen-used pieces, and scaled replicas inspired by the M5 Computer, the Doomsday Machine and the laser cannon seen in “The Cage.”

Battlestar Galactica formed the booth's other major science-fiction universe. Factory Entertainment presented its growing 3.75-inch collection based on the classic television series and offered visitors a first preview of Wave 2, with characters including Commander Adama, Athena, Count Baltar and Lucifer joining Colonial and Cylon additions. More importantly, the company is building an ecosystem around those figures rather than treating them as an isolated assortment. The Colonial Viper Mk I electronic vehicle is part of the announced line, while SDCC visitors could examine a Cylon Raider prototype designed around the same scale. Together, the spacecraft demonstrate the potential for collectors to construct a much broader classic Battlestar Galactica display. Material connected to the later reimagined Battlestar Galactica was also shown, although products remaining at the prototype or development stage may evolve before final production.

Classic television nostalgia expanded considerably with Replay, Factory Entertainment's new 1:18-scale concept devoted to recognizable television characters. The SDCC presentation brought together figures inspired by Miami Vice, Magnum, P.I., Knight Rider, The Six Million Dollar Man, The Bionic Woman and Airwolf. Sonny Crockett, Ricardo Tubbs, Thomas Magnum, Michael Knight, Steve Austin and Jaime Sommers sharing the same scale creates an unusual proposition for collectors: a shelf populated by heroes from different prime-time television universes rather than another line devoted to a single franchise. Several Replay pieces shown at Comic-Con were prototypes or pending approval, meaning production details can still change, but the concept immediately stood out as one of Factory Entertainment's most interesting new directions.

Airwolf pushed that philosophy beyond figures. Factory Entertainment and Ramen Toy displayed a 3.75-inch-scale interpretation of the famous high-tech helicopter accompanied by character prototypes. Designing the aircraft around compatible figures transforms Airwolf from a conventional display replica into the centerpiece of a potentially larger collectible environment.
