We kinda lucked into this exit teleporter luck early on. The other exit was faster than the SP IL, but only by a few seconds because some monsters took ages to tele in. Not sure if this was incredibly lucky or we can get it again, but it was good enough anyway, so we didn't try more.

I was kinda wary that 4shock helping me with rockets will kill me but in reality it's very helpful for me to traverse into pressing the switch to quickly release him into the next part. Since the last part is an autoscroller, we really want to trigger that as soon as possible.
