Gnomon BFA student Russel Liu created this winged female figure in our Character Sculpture 1 course. This sculpture explores the balance between strength and vulnerability through classical anatomy, layered feathers, and flowing hair designed to convey rhythm and movement.

Jared has designed several iconic characters that have graced both the big and small screen including Pennywise the Clown in the blockbuster horror film IT, Crooked Man in The Conjuring 2, Dart in Stranger Things 2, and Mechagodzilla for Godzilla vs. Kong.
Every Tuesday night, Jared and Matthew bring people into their creature-filled world, sharing sculpting tips in ZBrush, renders in Keyshot, and concept art from professional projects.
