99% of all Jewish and non Jewish scholarship on the Tetragrammaton יהוה and ancient Hebrew reveal that the four letters Yod Heh Waw Heh יהוה contain the vowel points of Adonai and Elohim in the Masoretic text. This has been understood for a millennia and is recorded by rabbis and sages of the Talmud and elsewhere. However in recent times a certain individual who is Jewish has endorsed using the name with the vowels of Adonai which gives the pronunciation "Yehovah" or more accurately "Yehowah." Though this individual claims that the rabbis would agree they do not presently and they did not in the Mishna either.
