The yucca are blooming and the flowers are a delicious addition to scrambled quail eggs and other meals. In fact, the giant yucca is the national flower of El Salvador. But yucca flowers contain bitter saponins that must be removed before consumption.

In this video I show the 100% primitive technique to gather yucca flowers and prepare a tasty meal of scrambled quail eggs and yucca flowers.
