Advertisement for the the SciFi Channel original movie: Assault on Dome 4 that starred Bruce Campbell as a futuristic bad guy intent on blowing the pressurized domes that seal a space colony and Joseph Culp as the futuristic law officer destined to haul Bruce in before he can assault those domes. I don't remember it being very good but then again it came on in 1997.
