From November 1993, this is one of the last advertisements from the now defunct chain of home improvement stores. A staple of Maryland/Washington D.C. based retail the company faced financial losses in the 1990's and was forced into Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 1999. After reorganization failed the company was forced to sell off it's remaing 117 stores and liquidate it's assetts. Home Decor Products bought and revived the name as an online retailer but was closed down shortly after annoucing it's closure in 2009. Sorry for the dropouts in the video, the tape it is from must have had some deterioration of it's magnetic coating.
