Each week Tom chooses an article from the New York Times science section and translates it into a rap verse.
A nerdy clarification: Photosystem II, one of several major players in photosynthesis, is an incredible machine with several components. Chlorophyll (the pigment that absorbs sunlight) is one component, and D1 (the subunit that grabs fresh electrons from water so they can be energized by that sunlight) is another. They're both very cool.
