He is an ACM Distinguished Member, ACM Distinguished Speaker, and a Senior Member of IEEE. Dr. Shen co-founded CoCoPIE Inc. and serves as a consultant or advisory board member for leading IT companies such as Facebook, Intel, Microsoft, Huawei, and Cisco.
