This is a song from a poem my Wife wrote for my dear Mum's funeral. This song is dedicated to my dear Mum. And to all those who have suffered the agonizing pain of loss.
Lyrics:
We woke that morning like any other day
Sun was rising, birds were singing their refrain
Coffee brewing, world was turning just the same
But heaven had different plans, whispered your name
We didn't see it coming, had no time to prepare
One moment you were with us, next you weren't there
In life we loved you dearly, in death we love you more
You're not just a memory, you're something we live for
It shattered us to lose you, left cracks we can't repair
But you didn't face that journey, didn't face it alone out there
'Cause the best parts of our hearts went walking by your side
Into forever, into the great divide
Your chair sits empty at the table where we gather now
Your laugh still echoes in the hallways somehow
The stories that you told us, we tell them to the young
Keep your spirit living in every word and tongue
We see you in the sunset, feel you in the rain
In every act of kindness, you're here again
In life we loved you dearly, in death we love you more
You're not just a memory, you're something we live for
It shattered us to lose you, left cracks we can't repair
But you didn't face that journey, didn't face it alone out there
'Cause the best parts of our hearts went walking by your side
Into forever, into the great divide
They say that time will heal us, but that's not quite true
Time just teaches us to live with missing you
Our family chain is broken, links scattered on the ground
But gold is made for mending, and we will come around
One by one we'll follow, when our own names are called
And we'll forge that chain together, stronger than before, standing tall
In life we loved you dearly, now death can't keep us apart
You live on in every beating of our hearts
You left us peaceful memories, your love still leads the way
Though we walk through shadows, you turn our night to day
We cannot see you standing here, but we feel you all around
Until that chain reconnects us, 'til that day when we are found
We'll meet again, we'll meet again
Where broken chains are whole
We'll meet again, we'll meet again
When heaven calls us home

![SCHIZOMANICMAN - HOLD ON
A symphonic metal reworking of my song Hold on. I wanted the same melody, but a more powerful, emotional version. After over 100 generations, lots of tweaking, I got what my mind imagined. I hope you enjoy my song. Much love.
Here are my lyrics:
[Intro]
hold on… hold on…
[Verse 1]
Hey you.
I see you.
Even when you fade.
Even when you’re quiet.
Long days.
Short breath.
Still here.
Still left.
You matter.
You do.
I promise.
It’s true.
[Build]
You’re not a burden.
You’re not too much.
You’re not forgotten.
You’re loved.
Just hold on.
Just hold on.
I’m here.
I’m strong.
[Verse 2]
Missed calls.
No words.
Still here.
Still heard.
One smile.
One laugh.
One you.
That’s enough.
You’re not broken.
You’re not wrong.
You’re not alone.
You’re strong.
Just hold on.
Just hold on.
Just hold on.
Just hold on.
You’re needed.
You’re the song.
Just hold on.
Just hold on.
I’m near.
All along.
Take your time.
Take my hand.
Take this love.
Understand—
You matter.
You do.
You’re enough.
You’re true.
[Final Chorus]
Just hold on.
Just hold on.
You’re loved.
You belong.
Just hold on.
Just hold on.
I’m here.
I’m strong. SCHIZOMANICMAN - HOLD ON](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/XKrq58FjS6s/mqdefault.jpg)

![SCHIZOMANICMAN - BLACK SHEEP
This is two of my tunes mashed into one. I hope you enjoy my tune!
Lyrics:
[Intro]
Let me tell you about the black sheep
The one who plays the victim at every family gathering
Cries at the table
Then causes the scene theyre crying about
Yeah
I know the type
[Verse 1]
Youre the black sheep you said it yourself with pride
Like the label was a trophy you were wearing on the side
Every family has one but not every family has you
The kind that manufactures every wound that they construe
You showed up late you left early you made every moment
About yourself and then complained that no one ever noticed
You played the victim so convincingly for so goddamn long
That you actually forgot you were the one who did the wrong
I watched you work the room like a surgeon with a knife
Cutting everyone around you just to feel something like life
And when we called you out on it you flipped the whole script
It didnt happen
And if it did it wasnt that bad
And if it was that bad it wasnt a big deal
And if it was a big deal its not your fault
And if it was your fault you didnt mean it
And if you meant it they deserved it
Sound familiar?
Yeah
I wrote that about you
[Verse 2]
You didnt happen and if you did you werent that bad
And if you were that bad well its the worst I ever had
To sit across a table from someone so convinced
That every single person in the room is just incensed
With jealousy and hatred for the greatness that you are
Never mind the wreckage never mind the mental scars
You left on every person who got close enough to see
The thing behind the curtain that you never let run free
Youre the black sheep but the shepherd didnt make you stray
You walked into the darkness and you chose to fucking stay
And blamed the whole damn flock for not following you in
Then cried about the loneliness like loneliness was sin
Ive seen you flip the narrative so fast it gave me whiplash
Seen you take the credit and then dodge the fucking backlash
Let me paint a picture of a person that I know
Someone who needs mirrors everywhere they go
Thats you
Thats been you
Thats always been you
And every single person in this family knew
Heres what a narcissist does
They make you feel crazy for having feelings
They make the argument about your tone
Not their actions
They apologise like this
Im sorry you feel that way
Im sorry you took it wrong
Im sorry youre so sensitive
Notice whats missing?
Accountability
Nowhere in the dictionary of your sorry ass apologies
Does the word I did wrong appear
Because in your version of every story
You are always
Always
The victim
[Verse 3]
Youre always the victim always the one that got done dirty
While you were busy being wronged by everyone you kept
At arms length just to pull them close enough to hurt
Just to make them feel the weight of all your bullshit and your dirt
You rewrote history so many times the originals gone
Youve been singing your sad song for so goddamn long
That you believe it now and thats the scariest part
Youre not a villain in your head youre a work of art
To the version of yourself that could have just been real
Could have dropped the act and let somebody actually feel
Something true from you but truth was never in your toolkit
You preferred the drama and the chaos and the bullshit
So here we are the family you burned on your way out
Standing in the ashes that you left without a doubt
In our minds about exactly what you are
A black sheep by design a self-created scar
On everything we built before you started your campaign
To be the centre of the universe and never feel the pain
Of being just a person just a flawed and broken human
Instead you chose the myth and now youre out here still pursuing
The validation of a family you already torched
The warmth of people standing in the house that you scorched
Good luck with that
[Outro]
[spoken, cold and final]
You want to know what the black sheep really is?
Its not the rebel
Its not the misunderstood one
Its the one who looked at a family that loved them
And decided
That wasnt enough
That they deserved more
That everyone else was the problem
Thats you
That was always you
And the saddest part?
Youll never know
Because you never do......
